What a year at Aldi looks like...

We like to finish on a high. So one of our Regional Directors
will set you a challenging project that will allow you to demonstrate
you’ve understood your experiences. You’ll be able to show you can
apply your new knowledge to real-life situations. And you’ll have one
last, glorious opportunity to show a successful career at Aldi is
just around the corner. Those who impress will be offered the chance
to stay on a further three months and gain a full year’s
invaluable experience.
